Microsoft's new Health Fitness Band
- The Microsoft Fitness Band starts out as $199 and looks like a hybrid of a Samsung Galaxy Gear Fit.
- It will track typical fitness metrics including steps, calories, heart rate, and sleep quality. It will support 24 hour heart rate monitoring and automatic activity counting.
- It also has a built in GPS so you can see the route, pace, and distance to your run.
- Microsoft band will also connect to your smartphone providing email, and calender alerts.
- Windows phone users will be able to take notes and set reminders on the band using Cortana Integration.
