Microsoft's new Health Fitness Band


  • The Microsoft Fitness Band starts out as $199 and looks like a hybrid of a Samsung Galaxy Gear Fit.
  • It will track typical fitness metrics including steps, calories, heart rate, and sleep quality. It will support 24 hour heart rate monitoring and automatic activity counting.
  • It also has a built in GPS so you can see the route, pace, and distance to your run.
  • Microsoft band will also connect to your smartphone providing email, and calender alerts.
  • Windows phone users will be able to take notes and set reminders on the band using Cortana Integration.

It can also mean when you discuss a topic about something as a class or group. Presentation also means when you do a project and present it to your class. Presentation can mean many things to many people.

  • Apple's newest iMac has the best Display yet on a computering device. 
  • The 27 inch screen has a PPI of 218 or roughly equivalent to the Macbook Pro with Retina Display.
  • Apple's price for this iMac starts out for $2499.
  • The basics of the iMac include fast performance, attractive design, robust audio,best-in-class 5K screen offers bright colors and wide viewing angles.
  • Apple's display cant be used as a secondary display.

Google's new Nexus 6 Phone

Google has announced a new smartphone - the Nexus 6 -  and tablet, the Nexus 9 - as well as the company's first TV streaming device in a bid to compete with Apple and Amazon


  • The Motorola made Nexus 6 smartphone come with a 5.96 inch Quad HD screen and a 13 megapixel rear- facing camera.
  • The Nexus 6 also has dual front facing speakers designed to offer better quality audio.
  • The handset sports a feature called Turbo Charger, which can give the phone up to 6 hours of battery life from just a 15 minute charge.
  • The phone also has a feature which boasts new hands-free voice activated functions.
  • The Nexus 6 smartphone comes in two colors, midnight blue or cloud white with a storage option of 32 or 64 GB.

HTC launches a new camera called the Re and a "Selfie Phone" called The Desire Eye


     

  • HTC's new camera, "The Re" has a 16 megapixel sensor that enables full-HD video using a 146 angle degree. 
  • It can connect to your phone using a RE app so you can use your phone as a viewfinder.
  • When you press the main shutter button once a photo is taken. When you keep it pressed for two seconds a video starts recording. The Re will be available in November starting at $300.
  • The new Desire Eye phone has a 5.2 inches of full HD display.
  • It has a 13 megapixel camera and dual LED flash above the screen where the phone's speaker normally sits.

London's Phone Booth Converted to a Solar-Powered Mobile Charging Station


  • London's famous red telephone boxes are going green and being transformed into free solar-powered mobile charging stations.
  • With these new Solar-Powered charging stations they are providing a carbon neutral source of energy in the city.
  • This Solar box was invented by two graduates from the London School of Economics and can be used to charge phones, tablets, cameras, and other devices.
  • Organizers did not put a number on how many of London's red phone boxes will be converted into solar boxes. 
  • Costs for the green boxes can be used with a free of charge.
